Returns: Contact us within 2 days if your order is damaged or incorrect. Personalized products cannot be cancelled unless damaged or wrong.

Replacements: We provide replacement items for damaged or incorrect products.

Refunds: If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Policy Discretion: Refunds are granted at the discretion of KIDU KIDS following our return policy.
